SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is an XML-based vector image format that describes images as mathematical shapes, paths, and text rather than a grid of pixels. This means an SVG graphic looks perfectly sharp at any size — from a 16px favicon to a 4K billboard — without any pixelation or blurring.
SVG is the standard format for logos, icons, illustrations, charts, and web graphics where resolution independence matters. It is supported natively by all modern browsers and can be animated and styled with CSS.
